Full Site/Application Development
In cases where the project is a one person job, I can do a full soup to nuts project. This starts with assessing the business value and need, and deriving from this the business requirements. From there the site/application can be designed and built. Once built I can get it into production for you or work with your staff to do so. I can work with your staff so they are trained to operate the site and support it.
Augment a Team
On larger projects, I can augment an existing team, or help form a team to execute on the project and establish it in production. I can contribute in many technical roles, help with project management, or fill a gap when there is a backlog or during a transition.
Assessment
For established projects, or businesses that do not know what the next step should be, consider doing an assessment. I will give you an independent assessment of where you are, where you could be, and explore the options for getting there. This consultation can be low impact over a period of time, or a more intense time-critical process.
